Stránka Historie pacienta zobrazuje úplný záznam jednoho pacienta — všechny konzultace, předepsané léky, vitální hodnoty a zprávy v chronologickém pořadí.
Otevřete ji z Adresáře pacientů kliknutím na Records vedle pacienta nebo přímo kliknutím na odkaz Patient ID.
