রোগীর ইতিহাস পৃষ্ঠা একজন রোগীর সম্পূর্ণ রেকর্ড দেখায় — সব কনসালটেশন, প্রেসক্রাইব করা ওষুধ, ভাইটাল এবং রিপোর্ট কালানুক্রমে।
রোগী ডিরেক্টরি থেকে রোগীর পাশে রেকর্ড ক্লিক করে, অথবা সরাসরি রোগী ID লিংকে ক্লিক করে খুলুন।
