Siden Patienthistorik viser den komplette journal for én patient — alle konsultationer, ordineret medicin, vitale data og rapporter i kronologisk rækkefølge.
Åbn den fra Patientregister ved at klikke på Records ved siden af en patient, eller klik direkte på Patient ID-linket.
