Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LKG for Hospital, a software product of LKG for IT Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By signing up or accessing the product, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
LKG for Hospital is a hospital management system covering patient records, consultations, appointments, ward and bed management, lab, imaging, pharmacy, and billing. We provide it as a SaaS subscription or as a self-hosted licence.
2. Subscription, fees, and renewals
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are quoted in your invoice and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the product (except where permitted by law).
- Resell or sublicense the product without a written agreement.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to data you upload. We act as a data processor under our Privacy Policy. On termination, we provide a 90-day window for export, after which data is permanently deleted from production systems.
5. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the managed cloud product, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure. Self-hosted deployments are your responsibility to operate.
6. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for non-payment or material breach.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
