LKG for Hospital is operated by LKG for IT Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit this website and use the product, why we collect it, and how to ask us to remove it.

What this policy covers​

This policy covers data collected through:

• lkgforhospital.com — this marketing and documentation site.
• The LKG for Hospital application — the SaaS or self-hosted product you log in to.

For self-hosted deployments, the customer is the data controller for all patient and clinical data; we are a data processor under contract.

Data we collect on this website​

• Contact form submissions. Name, email, phone, hospital name, and the message you send us. Used only to reply to your enquiry.
• Anonymous analytics. Page views and approximate location, with IP anonymisation.
• Cookies. A small set of session cookies from Docusaurus and any analytics provider. No third-party advertising cookies.

Data we collect inside the product​

When you use the application, we process the data you enter — patient records, consultations, prescriptions, lab results, bills. This data is yours. We do not sell, share, or train on it. We retain it for the duration of your subscription plus a 90-day grace window for export.

Patient data and HIPAA / DPDP​

We support a Business Associate Agreement (HIPAA, US) and a Data Processing Agreement (DPDP, India) for any customer that needs one. Contact privacy@lkgforhospital.com.

Your rights​

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete personal data we no longer need.
• Export your data in a portable format.

We will update this page if anything material changes and post the date of the change at the top.
